These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33bdbet ("33bdbet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 33bdbet.club and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces.

Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment method details belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Account Security

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

33bdbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name and identification details associated with your payment method must match the name registered on your 33bdbet account. Deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be reversed, and any resulting account balance may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within one to four hours of approval by our payments team;

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 33bdbet account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered at least 20 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal request relating to bonus-derived winnings can be approved. Bonus Eligibility

• Created multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;

Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your 33bdbet balance without replacement. It is your responsibility to review bonus expiry dates at the time of claiming any offer.

By using the 33bdbet platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the account lifecycle, including registration, KYC verification, and bonus claims;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33bdbet staff, customer support agents, or other users of the platform via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy any part of the 33bdbet platform, its content, data feeds, or odds pricing;
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or transferring your account or its balance to a third party.

Reporting Suspected Violations

If you become aware of any activity on the 33bdbet platform that you believe constitutes a breach of these Terms — including suspected cheating, fraud, or multi-accounting — you are encouraged to report it to our team at [email protected]. All reports are treated confidentially.

33bdbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;

Voluntary Account Closure

Self-Exclusion Closure

Platform Availability

33bdbet strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 33bdbet shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, including missed betting opportunities on live sports events.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that materially affects the integrity or outcome of a bet or casino game round, 33bdbet reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the player's balance. No additional compensation will be payable in respect of voided rounds or bets. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable malfunction or software error are void, regardless of whether the funds have been credited to the player's account at the time the error is identified.

Third-Party Content

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
